This book was funny, with unexpected, hilarious surprises in each chapter. Or kept me entertained and laughing, like a good book does.

I love all Mercy Watson books

The Nigh Gardener by Jonathan Auxier was a fantastic book. The book is about Molly and Kip (sister and brother) who need a job, so they work at an old manor, surrounded by the woods with a tree growing practically INSIDE the house. This book is full of powerful emotions and fights to live as well as a huge mystery.

I loved The Three Musketeers! I loved the main character, D’Artagnan, who always wanted to be a musketeer and how he becomes friends with three musketeers, Athos, Porthos, and Aramis. Together, the 4 save the kingdom from the evil Cardinal and Milady! For example, The Queen loved the Duke and gave him a jewel box. The cardinal found out and sent Milady to steal it, hoping to embarrass the Queen. Fortunately, she didn’t steal all the jewels, and D’Artagnan made exact copies and gave them to the Queen. I also liked the motto “all for one and a one for all!”This is why I loved The Three Musketeers!

Great sequel to The Henna Artist. Learned a lot about gold trafficking in India. And enjoyed continuing on with Malik's story as he grows older. Lakshmi is a big heroine once again in this 2nd novel by Alka Joshki. Loved all the Indian food traditions and food references too!

I am six years old and I liked this book because it was funny when the angry mouse said ''Assistant!? I thought this was the line for the bathroom!" Harold did not know all the crazy things they would see but he went on the trip because Pigsticks offered him two cakes. Mom thought it was hilarious Harold gave Pigsticks an anchor for him to carry.
